a) Many of our clients find that it is more efficient and convenient to e-mail their support requests.
b) Our central support desk co-ordinates all support and will result in the fastest response to your problem based on the first consultant available.
c) Our CRM Service system will allocate you with a CSR Number which is emailed to you as a reference for follow up.
d) Remote Access is another way of support, which means we will require login details to your server.
